Return Policy

We will accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Damaged order

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package of any damages. We cannot accept requests after this time frame. All items must be returned in an unused state in their original packaging [removed “unopened” as damages are often not noticed until they’re removed from packaging]. Returns must be shipped through registered post. Please send us your order number, name and a photo of the damaged item.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if the returned item does not comply with this policy.

 

Wrong product

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package of an incorrect order. We cannot accept requests after this time frame.

Please leave us with your order number, name and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send you the correct item once we have received the wrong one. In this case, shipping is on us! Scan the shipping receipt once you’ve sent it, and we will reimburse the correct shipping costs into your account as soon as possible.
